Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QRGuestbook ("we", "us"), including the host workspace, guest voice guest book, and photo booth pages. By creating an account or submitting a message or photo, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

QRGuestbook lets hosts create event pages that guests open by scanning a QR code to leave voice messages and photos. Hosts can design their pages, generate AI backgrounds, and download keepsakes.

2. Accounts

Hosts sign in with an email address or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Plans and payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes.

Seven-day event pass

• The single-event pass has an introductory price of $25 USD and unlocks all features for one event for seven days, starting at purchase. It is a one-time payment and does not renew.
• After the pass ends, new guest submissions close; the host can still view and download existing keepsakes.

Event Pro subscription

• Event Pro costs $49 USD per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• It includes all features for up to 5 active events at a time. Events covered by a separate single-event pass do not count toward this limit.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid month; no further charges are made after that.
• If a renewal payment fails, access may pause until payment is updated.
• We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Refunds

• Because access starts immediately, passes and subscription months already started are generally non-refundable. Contact support within 48 hours if something went wrong and we will review it.

4. Guest content

Guests keep ownership of the messages and photos they submit and give the event host and QRGuestbook permission to store, display, and let the host download them for the event. Hosts are responsible for sharing their event link only with people they invite.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• No content you do not have the right to share, and no recordings of people without their knowledge.
• No attempts to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service or its AI features.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep QRGuestbook running, but the service is provided "as is". Please download important keepsakes; we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
